At Sittermate LLC, I strive to provide a safe and enjoyable environment for all dogs under my care. In order to maintain the well-being of my guests and uphold the standards of my facility, I reserve the right to deny booking reservation requests on a case-by-case basis.
Factors for Reservation Denial:
Behavioral Concerns: If a dog exhibits unusually aggressive, disruptive, or potentially harmful behavior during the initial assessment, I may deny the booking reservation request. This decision is made with the safety and comfort of all dogs and guests in mind.
Health Considerations: Dogs with contagious illnesses, parasites, or other health conditions that pose a risk to other dogs in my facility may have their booking reservation requests denied until they have received appropriate treatment and are no longer contagious.
Incompatibility: In situations where I believe a dog may not thrive in my daycare environment due to compatibility issues with other dogs or my facility's routines and activities, I reserve the right to deny the booking reservation request.
Unaltered Dogs: I may deny booking reservation requests for unaltered male dogs due to concerns about behavior, hygiene, and the potential for unwanted breeding.
Communication and Explanation:
If I determine that a booking reservation request needs to be denied, I will communicate my decision to you in a timely and respectful manner. I will provide an explanation for the denial and, when possible, offer alternative solutions or recommendations that may better suit the needs of your dog.

I reserve the right to exercise discretion in evaluating booking reservation requests and making decisions that align with my commitment to providing a secure and welcoming environment for all guests.
